I am 19 yrs old and i am leaving with a friends she is nice but the problem is that she also lives in someone elses house and this person wants me to pay her for the rent or she will ask me out next week i am currently without a job and i have no family to help me,my mom does not work and my dad lives in a different state. I wanted to go to college but i dont have my diploma because i dropped off school in the eleventh grade i wanted to be a police officer, i dont think i have a way out of this problem no job, no money, no hope days go bye and i get even more depress so when i try to get a job i project my depression into my face and the employers do not give me the job. I really need advise please tell me where should I go for help and what can i do

I drive pizza since being hosp. w/kidney failure 44X/4 yrs. and have scraped by for 6 yrs. now but car trouble is the last straw and I can see no way of making my Sept. rent of $800.  My hrs. have been cut from 60/wk. to 39 and a couple side painting jobs have not made up the loss.  I am not afraid of hard work nor long hrs. just kidney failure and losing my place.  I don't expect any help but you cannot get it if you don't ask so if anyone out there knows of any org., etc. I will pay them back when I am on my feet.

Hi! My name is Sheila. I'm a single mom of two children. I was supposed to be put on a regular payment schedule with FPL, which they never did. They told me I had until 11/4/08 to pay my bill.  I got home from work on 11/4/08 and FPL had come to the door while my children were there home from school (they are minors). FPL told them that since I wasn't home he had to turn off the power. So, the FPL guy turned off the power leaving my kids in the dark. I called FPL and they decided to charge me a DOUBLE deposit so now I can't even afford to get my power on. I've lost all the food I just bought and my kids and I have been in the dark for 3 days. I've called FPL, I've called the assistance numbers and there is absolutely NO funding to help me. What am I supposed to do?

Hi! I'm a single mom of three kids. I have a decent job but due to health issues, I have fallen behind in my bills.  I am in need of some financial assistance. I have applied for loans but have been told the banks and finance companies are not lending to anyone.  I am trying to get a loan for $2,000.  Any ideas? I have a serious bill I have to had paid by this Friday. I can sign a promissory note, etc...can anyone help?
